Reordering Custom Tote Bags: Same Bag, Several Addresses
Share
Some of my favourite emails start with "Could we order the same bags again?"
Short answer: yes, you can reorder the exact same printed tote bags, and you can send them to as many addresses as you need. Each address is its own order of at least 25 bags, and we keep your approved artwork on file, so a reorder is mostly a matter of telling us your old order number.
In this post I explain how a reorder works with us, step by step, and what happens when the same bag needs to go to several cities at once.

Can you reorder the exact same tote bags?
Yes, and it is one of the easiest orders we handle.
When you order with us, we print from the artwork you approved on your digital proof. We keep that approved file, together with the bag, the print colours, the print size and the position.
So when you come back, we do not start from zero. You tell us which order you want to repeat, and we prepare the same job again.
The only things that can change are the ones you choose to change: the quantity, the delivery address, the date, or a detail of the design.
Same bag, same print, no new setup work on your side.
What do you need to send us for a reorder?
A short email or a new online order with five pieces of information is enough.
- Your earlier order number, for example the PAB number on your invoice or order confirmation, so we find the approved artwork.
- The quantity, at least 25 bags per order.
- The delivery address, or one address per order if the bags go to several places.
- The date you need the bags, which you can also write in the date box in the cart.
- Anything that should change, for example a new bag colour, a new date on the print, or a different print colour.
If nothing changes, you can simply order the same product again in the shop and write "reorder of PAB..." with your order number in the order note. We then link the new order to your saved artwork.
If you are not sure which product you ordered last time, send us the order number and we will tell you.
That is really all it takes.
38 x 42 cm with side and bottom gussets, a sturdy bag that stands on its own and is easy to reorder from stock.
Do you get a new proof for a reorder?
Yes, you still get a digital proof before we print, even when nothing has changed.
It takes you a minute to approve, and it protects you from small surprises. A logo that was updated since last year, an event date on the bag, or a print colour that should match a new brand guide are easy to miss when you reorder from memory.
The proof shows the print at real size and position on your bag, exactly as before, so you can compare it with the bags you already have.
Production starts only after you approve it.
Can one order go to several addresses?
One order is delivered to one address, so for several addresses you simply place several orders.
This is how our shop and our print house work: each order is produced, packed and shipped as one parcel or one set of parcels to one place. The minimum of 25 bags applies to each order, so every address needs at least 25 bags.
It sounds like more work than it is. You can place the orders one after the other with the same product, or send us one email with all the addresses and quantities, and we prepare the orders for you.
Delivery in the EU is included in our prices, so you do not pay extra shipping for each address.
We often get this question from head offices that order for shops or offices in other countries, and from teams that run events in several cities. Our page on custom tote bags for head offices, delivered across the EU explains the head office side in more detail.
Several orders, one design, one conversation.
A real reorder: three events, three countries
Here is a real example from October, without names.
A large software company that runs community events had ordered printed bags from us before. In October their events team wrote to us again and asked for the same bag for three events: 125 bags for an event in Pisa, 215 for one in Rotterdam and 300 for one in Athens.
The bag was the black heavyweight tote with side and bottom gussets, with the same three-colour print as the first time. We did not need a new file, because the approved artwork was already on file.
We set it up as three separate orders, one for each event, each with its own delivery address and its own deadline. Pisa and Rotterdam needed the bags by early November, and Athens by the end of November.
Before paying, the customer asked one good question: would there be any border or customs issues? The answer was no, because all three addresses are inside the EU, so there is no customs paperwork and no import duty.
Each order got its own payment link and its own invoice, with the VAT of the country it was delivered to. After payment the bags went into production, and on 22 October the customer received the tracking links for all three deliveries.
Her reply made my day: "Thanks so much for sharing and for having them ready so quickly!"
Three events, three countries, and not a single new file to prepare.
How are split orders priced?
Each order is priced on its own quantity, using the price table on the product page.
Here is the black heavyweight tote from the story, with prices per bag excl. VAT. Delivery in the EU is included.
| Quantity per order | 1-colour print | 3-colour print |
|---|---|---|
| 25 bags | €9.02 | €14.16 |
| 50 bags | €5.69 | €8.26 |
| 100 bags | €4.26 | €5.55 |
| 200 bags | €3.67 | €4.40 |
| 300 bags | €3.39 | €3.90 |
Prices were checked on 2 November 2026. Prices can change, so always check the product page for the exact price for your project.
As you can see, the price per bag drops a lot between 25 and 100 pieces. At 300 bags with a three-colour print, the order costs €1,170.00 in total, while 100 bags with a one-colour print cost €426.00.
So if you have several deliveries, write to us with all the quantities before you order. We will look at the orders together and send you a price for each one.
Our post on what sets the price of custom printed tote bags explains the other things that move the price, such as print colours and fabric weight.
Splitting an order never adds shipping costs, but it does change which price step each order lands on.
Can you change something when you reorder?
Yes, a reorder does not have to be an exact copy.
The most common change is the bag colour. The heavyweight tote from the story also comes in natural, at the same price, so you can keep your print and switch from black to natural for a summer event.
Other changes we see often are a new year or event name on the print, one print colour instead of three to keep the cost down, or a print on the back as well.
A small change means we adjust the saved artwork and send you a new proof. A completely new design is treated like a new order, with a new file check and a new proof.
If you want different designs for different events in one go, our post on different designs in one tote bag order explains how that works.
Keep what works, change what you need.

Which bags are easiest to reorder?
The easiest bags to reorder are the ones we print on from stock, which is almost every bag in our shop.
A stock bag is made by the bag maker in large runs and kept in their warehouse. We print your design on it, so you can come back half a year later and order the same bag again.
Most stock colours are there all year, but a single colour can sell out at the maker for a few weeks. When you reorder, we check stock first and tell you straight away if your bag or colour is not available in time.
Custom-made bags are different. A bag sewn in a special size or fabric for you is a new production run every time, so it needs more time and a new price.
For a bag you want to reorder every year, a classic stock bag is the safe choice. The natural cotton tote with logo print is our most ordered bag and a good example.
Our guide to cotton bag weights helps you choose between a light 140 g/m² bag and a heavier 340 g/m² one.
Pick a stock bag, and your reorder is only an email away.

When should you place a reorder?
Place your reorder at least three weeks before you need the bags.
Production and delivery typically take 10 to 15 working days from artwork approval, or are adjusted to your desired delivery date. A reorder is quick to prepare, but the printing and the transport take the same time as for a first order.
When the bags go to several events, plan each order by its own date. In the story above, two events needed their bags weeks before the third, so each order had its own deadline.
Write the date you need the bags in the date box in the cart, and we plan the order around it. If the date looks tight, we tell you before production starts.
About six months after your last order, we also send you a short reminder email, in case your stock of bags is running low. You can reply to it directly with your reorder.
For a yearly event, a good habit is to reorder as soon as you know the date.
How do VAT and invoices work for several orders?
Every order gets its own invoice, so several deliveries mean several invoices.
Our prices are shown excl. VAT. If you order without a VAT number, the VAT of the country the bags are delivered to is added, which is why the three orders in the story had Italian, Dutch and Greek VAT.
If you are a business in the EU with a valid VAT number, you can enter it at checkout and normally pay 0% VAT. You can check your number in the EU VIES system before you order.
We send the invoice by email as soon as an order is placed, but it sometimes lands in the spam folder, so it is worth a look there. If your finance team needs the invoices for another company name or with a purchase order number, tell us and we reissue them.
One invoice per order also makes it easy to book each event on its own budget.
Can you reorder for a client as an agency?
Yes, agencies and print brokers reorder for their clients all the time.
Order the same product again and mention the earlier order number, and we use the approved artwork we have on file. We can ship to you or straight to your client.
If the parcel should not show our name, our page on blind shipping for resellers and agencies explains how neutral delivery works.
And if your client has several events or offices, you place one order per address, exactly as described above. Our post on how many tote bags you need for a trade fair stand helps you work out the quantity for each one.
Your client gets the same bag every time, and you do not have to chase old files.
FAQ
Can I reorder bags I ordered months ago?
Yes. Send us your earlier order number and we find the approved artwork on file.
Is there a minimum quantity for a reorder?
Yes, the same as for a first order: at least 25 bags per order. If the bags go to several addresses, each address is its own order of at least 25 bags.
Can one order be split between several addresses?
No, one order is delivered to one address. For several addresses you place several orders, and delivery in the EU is included in each of them.
Do I have to approve a proof again?
Yes, we send a digital proof before every order is printed. It only takes a minute, and it makes sure the print is still exactly what you want.
Can I change the bag colour when I reorder?
Yes, if the same bag comes in the colour you want. We put your saved print on the new colour and send you a new proof.
Will a reorder take less time than my first order?
It is quicker to prepare, because we already have your artwork. Printing and delivery still take about 10 to 15 working days from approval, so plan with that.
Are there customs fees when bags go to several EU countries?
No. All our deliveries are inside the EU, so there is no customs paperwork and no import duty.
Will every order have its own invoice?
Yes, every order has its own invoice with the VAT of the delivery country, or 0% VAT with a valid EU VAT number. We can reissue an invoice with a purchase order number if you need one.
