Sample Order Policy (B2B)

We understand that feeling the fabric and seeing the print quality firsthand is crucial before placing a bulk order.

As a production-focused business offering free shipping on all bulk orders starting from just 25 units, we have established a clear and fair sample policy to streamline our partnership.

You can choose between two types of samples:

1. Standard Sample Pack (Blank Bag + Digital Proof)

The fastest and most cost-effective way to check the material fabric and our general printing quality.

What’s included:

A blank cotton tote bag to verify the fabric density (gsm) and stitching quality, along with samples of our previous print work. We will also create a complimentary 2D/3D digital layout (mockup) with your artwork.

Cost:

€5 per bag if you provide your corporate courier account (DHL, FedEx, UPS). If you do not have a courier account, a flat shipping fee of €17 applies.

2. Screen Print Sample (Your Logo Printed)

A physical bag printed with your exact artwork and color specifications.

Technical Information:

In case of screen printing, to guarantee premium print results, we create unique, single-use screen printing frames for every single run.

Printing just one sample requires a complete production setup. When you move forward with the bulk order, we must replicate the entire process and create brand-new frames.

Cost:

Starts at €50 (depending on the number of colors in your logo, as each color requires a separate frame).

Shipping: A flat shipping fee of €17 applies.

Policy:

Due to the double labor and material costs involved in running two separate production cycles, the sample setup fee is final and non-refundable/non-deductible from the final bulk invoice, regardless of the final order volume.

3. Digital Print Sample (Your Logo Printed)

The perfect option if your design has many colors, gradients, or photorealistic details, and you want to see a physical sample before the bulk run.

Technical Information:

Digital printing (DTG/DTF) does not require setup frames. This allows us to produce a single custom printed sample much faster and more affordably than traditional screen printing.

Cost:

€20 per sample + €17 shipping fee (Total: €37).

Policy:

The €20 sample production fee is 100% refundable and will be deducted from your final invoice if you proceed with a bulk order of 25 units or more. The €17 shipping fee is non-refundable.
